HubSpot: first push creates 11 custom Company properties + 1 Contact property in your portal (financial health band, cash at bank, net assets, profit, period end, score, why-now, statutory-director flag). Re-pushes are idempotent — matched on UK Companies House number, so the same lead updates instead of duplicating.
Mailchimp: pick one audience on connect; each pushed lead adds every active director and key personnel (anyone whose role contains "Director") with an email as a subscriber (7 custom merge fields per subscriber for Prospera-personalised campaigns). On the lead-detail page a multi-select pop-up lets you tick generic inboxes or untick specific people before pushing. Pending status by default with a GDPR-basis opt-in for direct Subscribed.
